Stefan Lenz is a fully-qualified lawyer and is head of the legal department and tenancy management team and is therefore responsible for the legal and administrative support of executives sent to or from Germany and their integration in the respective country. In particular, he is the contact for general tenancy matters and has for some time been supporting the immigration department during the application for visas and residence permits for executives sent to Germany.

Nadine Hartung is an immigration consultant and supports specialists and executives sent to Germany with visa processes and applications for work and residence permits. She gained practical experience as a project assistant in the field of corporate communication and the organisation of training. She has an MA in International Information Management, Business Management and Media Studies from the University of Hildesheim. She gained intercultural experience while studying in Ireland and during several stays in Great Britain.

Dagmar Köbsell is an immigration consultant and is responsible for the transfer of foreign driving licences and applications for child benefit. She is also the contact for everything to do with relocation, especially in the Düsseldorf area. After completing her studies she worked on projects at the Max Planck Institute for History in Göttingen, for the department of computer linguistics at the University of Heidelberg and taught computing at primary school level. She gained personal experience and insights into the subject of “International Relocation” during a long term stay in Rochester, Michigan.
Dagmar Köbsell speaks English, French and basic Italian.
As a member of the immigration team, Marina Stebelezkaja supports specialists and executives sent to Germany with visa processes and applications for work and residence permits. Born in Russia she graduated in German Philology/ GaF/ English with distinction. She completed the international MA course “East-West Studies” at the University of Regensburg and the additional courses “International negotiating skills” and “German as a foreign language”. She gained practical experience during an internship in human resources development at KRONES AG, as an assistant during her additional studies of “International negotiating skills” at the University of Regensburg and as a German teacher at the University of Tomsk.
Marina Stebelezkaja speaks Russian, German, English and Spanish.
Johannes Brauns has been working as a full-time property manager since June 2008 and is responsible for tenancy agreement matters. Before that he successfully completed his training as a property manager at KEWA International Relocation GmbH. Johannes Brauns is responsible for the negotiation and inspection of tenancy agreements, communication with property owners and administrators and also the receipt and administration of property details from estate agents. Furthermore, the inspection of accruing estate agent bills is another of his responsibilities. He gained intercultural experience during a one and a half year stay in Canada.

Margit Strnad-von Selzam works as a relocation consultant in the tenancy management team. She is responsible for departures. After studying languages she worked in the Swedish editorial department of German radio. One year later she moved to the sales department of a publishing house in Cologne and where she was responsible for Great Britain and Scandinavia. Margit Strnad-von Selzam also has experience of working as an interpreter.

Sandra Philippi supports the tenancy agreement department at ICUnet.AG. She completed her training as an office administrator in the property and housing industry at KEWA International Relocation GmbH and since then she has been responsible for negotiating and drawing up tenancy agreements and creating rental contract information and coordinating the handover of property.
Sandra Philippi also offers clients support in all tenancy agreement and technical matters.
